It's Al₂O₃ (alumina) content and refractoriness under load. AR-30 is 30% alumina, suited to general medium-duty use up to 1300°C. Yes — our PCPF facility with batch heating furnace, pan mixers and mould collection can cast Aluminium Launder Blocks, Hearth Blocks, reheating furnace bottom blocks and burner blocks to your drawing.
Because we maintain substantial ready stock, most standard grades dispatch within 2–5 working days. Custom PCPF blocks and large bulk orders typically take 10–15 working days depending on specification.
Yes, we dispatch pan-India by road and rail freight to plants across all states, and can arrange logistics support for large bulk consignments.
